Do you want to see the perfect mattress or pillow for you? Schedule a 30-minute video call via WhatsApp with no obligation. A TEC MOON assistant will contact you from one of our shops to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.
Booking is as simple as that:
1- Click on the blue button “Schedule a video call” button at the top.
2- Choose the day and time you want to have the video call and click on the blue button “Confirmar”.
3- Tell us your name, e-mail address, mobile and tell us which product you want to talk about. It is also important that you re-enter your mobile in the ” Enviar recordatorios de texto a” field. This way we can remind you about the video call by text message.
4- Click on the blue “Programar evento” button.
5- That’s it. You will immediately receive an e-mail and a text message on your mobile confirming the video call. In addition, we will send you a reminder the same day an hour before again by email and text message to your mobile.
6- On the booked day and time, a TEC MOON assistant will make the video call via WhatsApp on the mobile number you have given us.
