All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they get to you in perfect condition. We ship orders at no additional charge to the whole of Spain except the Balearic Islands, where shipment charges are applied when finalising the order. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also view it by accessing “My account Orders” with your user information. Once the order has been collected for delivery by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see the shipment’s current status and plan when you need to be at home to receive it.

If you need to change the delivery address for your order, you can do so using the contact form on the website or by calling our toll-free customer service number 900 264 636, and we will tell you what steps to take. You will need to notify us of the change as soon as possible so that we can make it before the order leaves our facilities.
