Free shipping and returns.
All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure they get to you in perfect condition. We ship orders at no additional charge to the whole of Spain except the Balearic Islands, where shipment charges are applied when finalising the order. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also view it by accessing “My account > Orders” with your user information. Once the order has been collected for delivery by the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see the shipment’s current status and plan when you need to be at home to receive it.
If you need to make any changes to your order delivery address or if you want to return a product, you can do this in the “My account” section, entering with your user information, as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.
The law guarantees you the right to withdraw from the purchasing agreement. Therefore, if you want to return any products you can do so within 14 days from the moment you receive your order. We will provide you with a refund on all the payments you have made, and we will collect the products free of charge. You must inform us about your decision within the specified time frame by way of the following options:
