TEC MOON COLCHONES, S.L., (Tax ID: B87928248) is a company with a registered address at Calle del Álamo 23 bis 20947 Fuenlabrada (Madrid). It is currently the owner of this website, hereinafter, “TEC MOON”.
These conditions of sale are drafted in accordance with the following legislation, without prejudice to any other European or state provisions that may be applicable, as well as any amendments that they may be subject to.

These sales conditions together with the order confirmation constitute the agreement between TEC MOON and you. These conditions are as important for you as they are for TEC MOON, as they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement which protects your rights as a client as well as TEC MOON’s rights.
Placing any orders on this website implies that you understand and accept these sales conditions, as well as the specific conditions which, as the case may be, govern purchases. The client must also confirm to being over 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and ensure the truthfulness of the information provided in order to manage the order correctly.
TEC MOON may modify these conditions at any time, and in which case the updated version will be posted on its website. The amendments will be valid from this publication date with no impact on any orders placed previously via the website.
All of the information related to the orders placed will be written in Spanish.
Placing an order via this website
When placing orders via this website, you undertake to:
Not place any fake or fraudulent orders. If it may be reasonably believed that an order of this nature has been made, we will be entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
Provide your email address, postal address and/or other contact and payment information in a precise and truthful manner. Likewise, you give consent for us to make use of this information in order to get in contact with you if necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information that we need, we will be unable to process your order.
On placing your order you assure use that you are fully authorised to use the corresponding credit or debit card if you choose this payment method. If you opt for a bank transfer, the order will be processed once we have received the payment in our account. Only individuals with the legal capacity necessary to enter into contracts regarding the type of goods and services offered on this website may place orders on it.
The products are available across the whole domestic territory, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
This is how it works when you make a purchase via this website:
Clients are able to make purchases as visitors to the website or they may choose to register to create a user account, following the instructions that are shown on the screen. Once the products have been selected, the client must follow the purchasing process phases stated as follows:
Step 1: Registering as a user (optional)
In order to register as a user, you must be over 18 years and provide all the information required and marked as mandatory on the registration form. The registered user understands that their account is personal and non-transferable. Each registered user will have an access password which will also be personal and non-transferable and must comply with some requirements in line with the procedure shown on the website. It is the user’s duty to immediately inform TEC MOON of any issue that may result in undue use of the user ID and/or passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorised access to them, with the aim of proceeding to immediately cancel them. If the user does not inform about such issues, TEC MOON will be exempt from any liability that could arise from the undue use of the ID or passwords by unauthorised third parties.
Step 2: Choosing products.
The client must select the product they want to purchase. Once they have been selected, they must be added to the shopping basket by clicking the “ADD TO BASKET” button. Once the product has been added to the basket, the client can continue shopping or go to the basket where the products that they want to purchase are located.
Once the products the client wants to buy have been selected and whilst on the shopping basket page, they will be shown the selected products, the quantity and the price, together with any other relevant information.
Step 3: Validating the shopping basket.
The client must validate their shopping basket but clicking on the “CONTINUE” button.
Step 4: Placing the order.
Once the order has been placed, the client must indicate the payment method and complete the form with the shipping details for the products. The website currently accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and instant finance using Pepper Money or Cetelem.
By clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button, the purchase is confirmed and the sale conditions have been accepted.
Step 5. Paying the full order amount.
The client will be automatically redirected by the system to the online payment platforms belonging to the corresponding entities. To finalise the purchase and after inputting all the correct information, the client must click on the “PAY” button.
Step 6: Order confirmation.
TEC MOON will send the client an email as soon as they have proceeded to successfully pay for the order and within 24 hours, providing the order confirmation and a summary of it with all the purchase characteristics, except in the event of force majeure.
The order confirmation will be effective the moment it is sent. If we cannot accept the order, we will inform the client about this via email, telephone or post.
Likewise, any clients that have registered to create a user account can check and/or download the order summary in the “My Account” section. The order confirmation is not a valid invoice. If the client requires an invoice, they must request it through the contact section on the website.
Although we will do everything in our power to supply you with the products listed in your “Order Confirmation”, there may be times when we are unable to provide these products due to them no longer being manufactured, because they are unavailable or it is impossible to obtain the right components. In this case, we will cancel the order containing the products that we are unable to supply and we will provide you with a refund for the amount that you have paid.
This refund amount will be the limit of our liability against the client if we are unable to supply the requested products.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and to remove or modify any materials or content on it. We will not be held responsible by you or any third party for withdrawing any products from this website, regardless of whether this product has been sold or not, or for removing or modifying any materials or content from the website.
All the purchases of products and/or services made via the website by the client with their user identification are considered valid and will be binding. The client will be exclusively responsible for the purchases made via the website.
Any incident arising from the payment process at any time after the sale will be a reason not to proceed to make the delivery. If the delivery has been made, the products will be retrieved from the place of delivery. In the event of the latter, a second delivery must be agreed upon when the payment has been correctly made. A surcharge will be added equal to € 99 (including VAT) and the delivery will be coordinated with the client depending on logistic availability.
The orders that must be stored at the TEC MOON facilities due to them not being able to be delivered to the client, whether it be, by way of example and not limited to, because they were not at home on the agreed delivery day, there was an incident during the payment process or an inadmissable return was made, will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, the firm order will be cancelled and the amount paid (either partially or in full) will be retained for damages. If the client requests for the order to be delivered again, TEC MOON may apply a daily surcharge equal to 10% of the order’s value. A further € 99 will be charged for each additional delivery attempt.
The client declares to know that all the products sold on this website are intended for domestic use. The guarantees offered are conditioned to its exclusively domestic use. The customer must, in any case, and prior to purchasing a product, make sure that it is legally suitable for the use he wants to give it.
To this end, there are product description sheets available for consultation through the website. TEC MOON is not responsible in any case for possible claims arising from a use other than that for which the product is designed.
The client acknowledges having been informed by TEC MOON about the different warnings related to the purchase of products on the website. In particular, but not limited to, the most relevant are detailed below:
- A mattress, textile piece or pillow are finished products with a fiber load, seams and flexible fabrics, for which reason the indicated measurements are always indicative; Any excess height-width-length between +/- 3 cm is considered acceptable.
- All mattresses adapt to the shape of the user; acceptable sag corresponds to 20% of the total height of the mattress; This is a normal phenomenon, a sign of adaptation of the mattress. This sinking does not in any way modify the qualities of solidity and therefore does not affect the guarantee.
- The technical and internal design of the mattresses is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer: in the case of special measures, the mattresses can be designed with several blocks of the chosen material and not in a “monobloc” way, which does not affect their qualities, durability or the guarantee.
- Vacuum-rolled mattresses usually take 48 hours to recover, and can take up to ten days depending on the type of foam in the core and/or environmental factors such as humidity or temperature. During the recovery time, it must be placed on a firm, horizontal base without weight on it, or ties until it is fully recovered.
- It is recommended not to expose the foams to the sun.
- It is advisable not to handle the mattress or pillows outside their cover, unless absolutely necessary. Due to their sponginess they are sensitive to tearing.
- A mattress should not be folded once unpacked to avoid breakage in the foam and/or significant damage to some of its components.
- All foams change color over time to completely different shades in some cases. Normal phenomenon that does not modify the quality of comfort, the material or the solidity of the whole, and therefore does not affect the guarantee.
- The climatic conditions, humidity, insufficient ventilation of the room, type of base used (hermetic and/or varnished), as well as users with high sweating can cause the formation of mold, which in no case is covered by the product guarantee.
- The color and tonality of the photographs of the products displayed on the website may vary depending on the monitor on which they are viewed. In the same way, the photographs may suffer variations in tone and contrast, due to the lighting conditions at the time they were taken.
- All our bases or canapés are considered personalized products as they are made to order due to the choice of size and color. Therefore, except for factory defects, returns will not be accepted.
- The previous condition also applies to those mattresses of special measures on request.
- The bases and canapés may present dimensions with some variation with respect to the commercial reference depending on their finishes. Any excess height-width-length between +/- 2 cm is considered acceptable.
The sales prices listed on the website are always shown in euro. VAT is included in the prices.
All the products sold via the website are identical to the ones you can purchase in the stores. However, for business reasons, the price of the product on the website may vary in comparison with the in-store price.
The costs for removing an old mattress are not included in the prices of the products. If you are interested in this service, you may request it using the contract form or calling the customer service telephone number. When the client purchases the removal service, there will be no way of retrieving the old mattress at a later date. For these purposes, the client must provide a suitable description of the mattress to be removed. An incorrect description of the mattress as well as any particular architectural features of the place it is located could give rise to additional costs.
Shipment and delivery
Shipments can only be made to the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipments to the Spanish Peninsula are completely free. The shipments to the Balearic Islands involve a surcharge that will be specified when placing the order.
The maximum delivery time varies depending on the type of product that has been purchased and it will be specified when placing the order. The product will be delivered within no more than 30 business days, unless there are circumstances of force majeure. TEC MOON will immediately inform the client of any hindrance that could cause a delay, and they may terminate the contract if they wish and receive a refund for the products paid for but not received. The delivery time will be counted as of the day after the order confirmation.
There will be up to two attempts to deliver the order to the client within the delivery time frame stated in the order. If the delivery cannot be completed because the client is not present at the delivery address, TEC MOON reserves the right to cancel the order or to charge a surcharge of €49 (including VAT) for each additional delivery attempt.
The delivery is made at the client’s address unless this is not possible due to architectural obstacles at the property, in which case the delivery will be understood as being made on the street.
The client must notify TEC MOON about any architectural hindrances that, considering the measurements of the packaged product, could impede or obstruct delivery at the client’s address. For example, impossibility of accessing the property through doors or windows, access to higher floors made difficult by narrow stairways, any construction work or furniture that may prevent access for couriers according to safety regulations and a total guarantee to avoid any wear or tear on the delivered product. If special tools are required, they will be at the client’s expense both in terms of delivery, withdrawal and returns. Under no circumstances will TEC MOON deliver orders through building fronts.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental wear and tear on the product will be assigned to the client or the person allocated by the client when the goods are delivered.
To inform about the return of an order you can do so through the contact form on the website or by calling the free customer service number 900 264 636 where we will indicate the steps to follow.
Return the product under the legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days.
The customer has the recognized right of withdrawal from the purchase made through the TEC MOON website, and, therefore, if they are not satisfied, they can return the product within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from when they have acquired possession of the product. product without the need to allege any cause.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and keep both the original packaging and all its accessories and instructions for use.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, if any (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery that we offer or the costs to free architectural barriers), in the shortest possible time and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The shipping costs that cause the return as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the customer.
We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise chosen by him, with TEC MOON retaining the amount to be reimbursed until the goods have been received and verified.
The client will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation.
All TEC MOON products have a 3-year legal guarantee. The term of this guarantee is valid and begins the day the customer receives his order.
The client must express any claim about this guarantee through the contact form on the website. TEC MOON may request photos and/or videos of the product that show the affected material. TEC MOON will timely indicate the email address for sending the images and other information necessary to start the process of claiming this guarantee.
Upon receiving the returned product, TEC MOON will assess the state of the foams and/or other components that make up the product and within 10 business days will notify the customer if the guarantee applies.
Once TEC MOON verifies that the warranty covers the product, it will proceed to repair or replace the affected components and/or materials. If the repair is not possible, it will be replaced by an equal or superior product (if the same model is not in stock) completely new. TEC MOON will coordinate with the customer the shipment of the product within a period of no more than 30 business days.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, TEC MOON will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the expenses related to labor and materials. If TEC MOON considers that the product is not covered by the guarantee, the cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer as well as the costs related to labour and materials in case you want to repair it.
The warranty does not cover or extend to normal wear and tear or any condition resulting from misuse or abuse of the product; softening of foams resulting from regular use; damage caused by mold, odor, or discoloration caused by abnormal care, liquid spillage, improper ventilation, or excessive moisture; mattresses that have been damaged or soiled due to improper use; breakdowns or damages that have occurred because the mattress has not been unpacked within a reasonable time (up to four weeks after delivery). The guarantee will lose its validity in case of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, blows, wear, installation and/or assembly, or misuse, improper handling, negligence or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The “correct use” entails and requires that the product be supported by an adequate base, whose firmness and stability allows the weight of the body to be distributed by the product itself, as well as proper ventilation. These types of incidents are not included in the guarantee and invalidate it. Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by TEC MOON are also excluded from the guarantee.
Any claim for lack of conformity must be accompanied by your invoice or purchase receipt.
TEC MOON offers an additional guarantee, on all its TEC MOON Pro, TEC MOON Pro S, TEC MOON Prime, TEC MOON Prime S, TEC MOON Pure, TEC MOON Pure SP and TEC MOON Sense mattress models for an additional 7 years. The term of this guarantee is valid and begins the day the customer receives his order.
The additional guarantee applies and is limited to deformation due to cracks or damage to the core foam, despite correct and strictly domestic use of the product, it does not apply in any case to personal comfort preferences. The “correct use” entails and requires that the product be supported by an adequate base, whose firmness and stability allows the weight of the body to be distributed by the product itself, as well as proper ventilation. All mattresses adapt to the shape of the user; acceptable sag in the first two years of use corresponds to 20% of the total height of the mattress; This is a normal phenomenon, a sign of adaptation of the mattress. This sinking does not in any way modify the solidity qualities and therefore does not affect the guarantee. The life expectancy of any product depends on the person using it, their body weight, conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user.
The warranty does not cover or extend to normal wear and tear or any condition resulting from misuse or abuse of the product; softening of foams resulting from regular use; damage caused by mold, odor, or discoloration caused by abnormal care, liquid spillage, improper ventilation, or excessive moisture; mattresses that have been damaged or soiled due to improper use; breakdown or damage that has occurred because the mattress has not been unpacked within a reasonable time (up to four weeks after delivery); to mattresses transported outside the Spanish peninsula or the Balearic Islands.
This warranty extension does not apply to the other products available on the website or to the motors of the TEC MOON Prime S and TEC MOON Pro S models.
The client must express any claim about this guarantee through the contact form of the website. TEC MOON may request the customer photos and/or videos of the product that shows the affected material in order to initiate a claim under this guarantee.
Upon receiving the returned products, TEC MOON will assess the state of the foams that make up the returned mattress, and within 10 business days will notify the customer if the guarantee applies. Once TEC MOON verifies that the guarantee covers the product, it will proceed to coordinate with the client the shipment of a new mattress within a period of 30 business days, except for reasons beyond the control of TEC MOON. If the incident of the product is not covered by the guarantee shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Any claim for lack of conformity must be accompanied by your purchase invoice.
