TEC MOON COLCHONES, S.L., (Tax ID: B87928248) is a company with a registered address at Calle del Álamo 23 bis 20947 Fuenlabrada (Madrid). It is currently the owner of this website, hereinafter, “TEC MOON”.
These conditions of sale are drafted in accordance with the following legislation, without prejudice to any other European or state provisions that may be applicable, as well as any amendments that they may be subject to.

These sales conditions together with the order confirmation constitute the agreement between TEC MOON and you. These conditions are as important for you as they are for TEC MOON, as they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement which protects your rights as a client as well as TEC MOON’s rights.
Placing any orders on this website implies that you understand and accept these sales conditions, as well as the specific conditions which, as the case may be, govern purchases. The client must also confirm to being over 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and ensure the truthfulness of the information provided in order to manage the order correctly.
TEC MOON may modify these conditions at any time, and in which case the updated version will be posted on its website. The amendments will be valid from this publication date with no impact on any orders placed previously via the website.
All of the information related to the orders placed will be written in Spanish.
Placing an order via this website
When placing orders via this website, you undertake to:
Not place any fake or fraudulent orders. If it may be reasonably believed that an order of this nature has been made, we will be entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
Provide your email address, postal address and/or other contact and payment information in a precise and truthful manner. Likewise, you give consent for us to make use of this information in order to get in contact with you if necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information that we need, we will be unable to process your order.
On placing your order you assure use that you are fully authorised to use the corresponding credit or debit card if you choose this payment method. If you opt for a bank transfer, the order will be processed once we have received the payment in our account. Only individuals with the legal capacity necessary to enter into contracts regarding the type of goods and services offered on this website may place orders on it.
The products are available across the whole domestic territory, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
This is how it works when you make a purchase via this website:
Clients are able to make purchases as visitors to the website or they may choose to register to create a user account, following the instructions that are shown on the screen. Once the products have been selected, the client must follow the purchasing process phases stated as follows:
Step 1: Registering as a user (optional)
In order to register as a user, you must be over 18 years and provide all the information required and marked as mandatory on the registration form. The registered user understands that their account is personal and non-transferable. Each registered user will have an access password which will also be personal and non-transferable and must comply with some requirements in line with the procedure shown on the website. It is the user’s duty to immediately inform TEC MOON of any issue that may result in undue use of the user ID and/or passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorised access to them, with the aim of proceeding to immediately cancel them. If the user does not inform about such issues, TEC MOON will be exempt from any liability that could arise from the undue use of the ID or passwords by unauthorised third parties.
Step 2: Choosing products.
The client must select the product they want to purchase. Once they have been selected, they must be added to the shopping basket by clicking the “ADD TO BASKET” button. Once the product has been added to the basket, the client can continue shopping or go to the basket where the products that they want to purchase are located.
Once the products the client wants to buy have been selected and whilst on the shopping basket page, they will be shown the selected products, the quantity and the price, together with any other relevant information.
Step 3: Validating the shopping basket.
The client must validate their shopping basket but clicking on the “CONTINUE” button.
Step 4: Placing the order.
Once the order has been placed, the client must indicate the payment method and complete the form with the shipping details for the products. The website currently accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and instant finance using Pepper Money or Cetelem.
By clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button, the purchase is confirmed and the sale conditions have been accepted.
Step 5. Paying the full order amount.
The client will be automatically redirected by the system to the online payment platforms belonging to the corresponding entities. To finalise the purchase and after inputting all the correct information, the client must click on the “PAY” button.
Step 6: Order confirmation.
TEC MOON will send the client an email as soon as they have proceeded to successfully pay for the order and within 24 hours, providing the order confirmation and a summary of it with all the purchase characteristics, except in the event of force majeure.
The order confirmation will be effective the moment it is sent. If we cannot accept the order, we will inform the client about this via email, telephone or post.
Likewise, any clients that have registered to create a user account can check and/or download the order summary in the “My Account” section. The order confirmation is not a valid invoice. If the client requires an invoice, they must request it through the contact section on the website.
Although we will do everything in our power to supply you with the products listed in your “Order Confirmation”, there may be times when we are unable to provide these products due to them no longer being manufactured, because they are unavailable or it is impossible to obtain the right components. In this case, we will cancel the order containing the products that we are unable to supply and we will provide you with a refund for the amount that you have paid.
This refund amount will be the limit of our liability against the client if we are unable to supply the requested products.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and to remove or modify any materials or content on it. We will not be held responsible by you or any third party for withdrawing any products from this website, regardless of whether this product has been sold or not, or for removing or modifying any materials or content from the website.
All the purchases of products and/or services made via the website by the client with their user identification are considered valid and will be binding. The client will be exclusively responsible for the purchases made via the website.
Any incident arising from the payment process at any time after the sale will be a reason not to proceed to make the delivery. If the delivery has been made, the products will be retrieved from the place of delivery. In the event of the latter, a second delivery must be agreed upon when the payment has been correctly made. A surcharge will be added equal to € 99 (including VAT) and the delivery will be coordinated with the client depending on logistic availability.
The orders that must be stored at the TEC MOON facilities due to them not being able to be delivered to the client, whether it be, by way of example and not limited to, because they were not at home on the agreed delivery day, there was an incident during the payment process or an inadmissable return was made, will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, the firm order will be cancelled and the amount paid (either partially or in full) will be retained for damages. If the client requests for the order to be delivered again, TEC MOON may apply a daily surcharge equal to 10% of the order’s value. A further € 99 will be charged for each additional delivery attempt.
The client declares to understand that all the products that are sold on this website are intended for domestic use. The guarantees that are offered are conditioned to the products being exclusively used for domestic purposes. In any case, prior to purchasing the products the client must be sure that they are legally suitable for the intended use.
There are fact sheets available for consultation for this purpose on the website. TEC MOON shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any potential claims that may arise from using a product other than for what it was designed.
The client acknowledges to having been informed by TEC MOON about the different warnings relating to purchasing products on the website. The most important warnings are listed below by way of non-limiting example:
- A mattress, textile component or pillow are products finished with flexible fibres, stitching and fabrics, and therefore the measurements are used as a guide. Any excess in height, width or length between +/- 3cm is considered acceptable.
- All the mattresses adapt to the user’s shape and it is acceptable for the core to sag to around 20% of the mattress’ total height. This is a normal phenomenon and a sign that the mattress is adapting. This sagging does not alter the quality of the comfort or robustness, and as a result, does not affect the guarantee.
- The technical and internal design of the mattresses is the exclusive responsibility of the manufacturer. For special measurements, the mattresses may be designed with several blocks of the chosen material and not made as one individual piece, which does not affect the quality, durability or the guarantee.
- The foam should not be exposed to the sun.
- The mattress or pillows should not be handled without their case unless totally necessary; they are sensitive to becoming scratched due to their sponginess.
- The mattress must not be folded once unwrapped to avoid breaking the foam and/or causing significant damage to its components.
- All of the foam changes colour over time and it can even change completely in some cases. This is a normal phenomenon that does not alter the quality of the comfort, the material or the robustness of the set, and as a result it does not affect the guarantee.
- Weather conditions, dampness, insufficient ventilation in the room, the type of bed base (airtight and/or varnished), as well as users that sweat a lot can cause mould to form which is under no circumstance covered by the product guarantee.
- The colour and tone of the product images that are shown on the website may vary depending on the monitor they are viewed on. In the same sense, the images may undergo changes in tone and contrast due to the lighting conditions at the time they were created.
- All our storage beds are considered as a customised product made to order due to the choice of size and colour. Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing defect, no returns will be accepted.
- The above condition also applies to mattresses made to order in special sizes.
The sales prices listed on the website are always shown in euro. VAT is included in the prices.
All the products sold via the website are identical to the ones you can purchase in the stores. However, for business reasons, the price of the product on the website may vary in comparison with the in-store price.
The costs for removing an old mattress are not included in the prices of the products. If you are interested in this service, you may request it using the contract form or calling the customer service telephone number. When the client purchases the removal service, there will be no way of retrieving the old mattress at a later date. For these purposes, the client must provide a suitable description of the mattress to be removed. An incorrect description of the mattress as well as any particular architectural features of the place it is located could give rise to additional costs.
Shipment and delivery
Shipments can only be made to the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipments to the Spanish Peninsula are completely free. The shipments to the Balearic Islands involve a surcharge that will be specified when placing the order.
The maximum delivery time varies depending on the type of product that has been purchased and it will be specified when placing the order. The product will be delivered within no more than 30 business days, unless there are circumstances of force majeure. TEC MOON will immediately inform the client of any hindrance that could cause a delay, and they may terminate the contract if they wish and receive a refund for the products paid for but not received. The delivery time will be counted as of the day after the order confirmation.
There will be up to two attempts to deliver the order to the client within the delivery time frame stated in the order. If the delivery cannot be completed because the client is not present at the delivery address, TEC MOON reserves the right to cancel the order or to charge a surcharge of €49 (including VAT) for each additional delivery attempt.
The delivery is made at the client’s address unless this is not possible due to architectural obstacles at the property, in which case the delivery will be understood as being made on the street.
The client must notify TEC MOON about any architectural hindrances that, considering the measurements of the packaged product, could impede or obstruct delivery at the client’s address. For example, impossibility of accessing the property through doors or windows, access to higher floors made difficult by narrow stairways, any construction work or furniture that may prevent access for couriers according to safety regulations and a total guarantee to avoid any wear or tear on the delivered product. If special tools are required, they will be at the client’s expense both in terms of delivery, withdrawal and returns. Under no circumstances will TEC MOON deliver orders through building fronts.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental wear and tear on the product will be assigned to the client or the person allocated by the client when the goods are delivered.

Returning the product under the right to legal withdrawal within 14 calendar days.
The client has the right to withdraw from the purchase made from the TEC MOON website and therefore, if they are not satisfied they may return the product within a maximum of fourteen calendars days from the date the product came into their possession.

In order to fulfil the withdrawal period, the notification to exercise this right must by sent before the corresponding period ends.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered with all its accessories and usage instructions. In the event that the client does not possess the original delivery packaging, they must return it in similar protective packaging so that the product is returned with the maximum possible guarantees.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event you decide to withdraw, we will refund all received payments including the delivery charges (with the exception of the additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method which may differentiate from the cheapest standard delivery method that we offer or from the costs of avoiding architectural obstacles) as soon as possible, and in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
We will proceed to make this refund with the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction. TEC MOON may withhold the refund until it has received the goods.
TEC MOON will collect the goods that are to be returned for free from the address stated by the client as soon as possible and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which they inform us of their decision to withdraw from the agreement.
The consumer will only be responsible for a decrease in value of the goods due to unnecessary handling when determining their type, characteristics and functionality.
All of the TEC MOON products have a legal guarantee for 3 years. The time frame of this guarantee is valid and begins on the day the client receives their order.
The client must express any claims on this guarantee using the contact form on the website. TEC MOON may request photos and/or videos of the product showing the damaged materials. TEC MOON will state the email address for sending the images and any other information necessary to begin with the claim process of this guarantee in due course.
On receiving the returned product, TEC MOON will assess the state of the foam and/or other components that make up the product and will inform the client within 7 business days whether the guarantee can be applied.
Once TEC MOON ascertains that the guarantee covers the product, it will proceed to repair or replace the damaged components and/or materials. In the event that a repair is not possible, it will be replaced with a completely new like-for-like product. TEC MOON will coordinate the shipment of the product with the client within no more than 30 business days.
If there is a manufacturing fault, TEC MOON will be held responsible for the costs of returning the product, as well as any expenses related to labour and materials. If TEC MOON believes that the returned product cannot be covered by the guarantee, it will inform the client and charge the client for the shipment costs of the returned product.
The guarantee will be invalid for defects or damage caused by external factors, accidents, wear and tear, installation or inappropriate use, unsuitable handling or usage that is not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. TEC MOON is not responsible for any defects caused due to impact, inappropriate handling, undue use, negligence, wear and tear from normal use, incorrect installation or assembly. These types of incidents are not covered by the guarantee and they will nullify it.
Products that have been modified or repaired by the client or any other person that is not authorised by TEC MOON are also exempt from the guarantee.
Any claim due to a nonconformity must be accompanied by its invoice or receipt.
TEC MOON offers a further guarantee on all its TEC MOON Pro, TEC MOON Pro S, TEC MOON Prime, TEC MOON Prime S, TEC MOON Pure and TEC MOON Pure SP mattress models for 10 years on the stability and durability of the foam that makes up the core of the mattresses, provided that it can be ascertained that the product has been used appropriately and handled correctly. The time frame for this guarantee is valid and it begins from the item’s purchase date (confirmation date of the firm order). This extension of the guarantee is not applicable to the other products available on the website.
It is acceptable for the core to sag to around 20% of the mattress’ total height. This is a normal phenomenon and a sign that the mattress is adapting. This sagging does not alter the quality of the comfort or robustness, and as a result, does not affect the guarantee.
This guarantee applies and is limited to cracks or damage to the foam caused despite normal and strictly domestic use of the product. It is in no way applicable for personal preferences regarding comfort or where the damage on the product concerns: cuts, burns, intentional cracks, spilt liquids, stains, impact, accidents and any other damage resulting from improper use, including the storage of the product in unsuitable conditions to maintain its qualities.
The client must express any claim on this guarantee using the contact form on the website. TEC MOON may request photos and/or videos of the product from the client showing the damaged materials in order to begin a claim using this guarantee.
On receiving the returned products, TEC MOON will assess the state of the foam in the returned mattress and will inform the client within 7 business days whether or not the guarantee can be applied.
Once TEC MOON ascertains that the guarantee covers the product, it will proceed to coordinate the shipment of a new mattress with the client within no more than 30 business days.
If TEC MOON believes that the returned product cannot be covered by the guarantee, it will inform the client and charge them for the shipment costs of the returned product.
Any claim due to a nonconformity must be accompanied by its invoice.
